Connection to Living

As is often the case, this house had a lovely sun soaked back yard, but little or no connection to the living space. We fixed this by creating a generous open plan living space with direct access to the outdoor living which greatly enhanced the indoor outdoor flow and providing an enjoyable living space for the owner. At the same time the kitchen was modernised, with a large walk in pantry, and spacious gulley kitchen, while a separate bar area with sliding windows above to function as a pass through to the outdoor living area. Some other aesthetic changes were made to the street front of the house which raised the street appeal to a modern and inviting house.
