Crafting Spaces. Inspiring Lives.
Our design philosophy is rooted in the holistic understanding of both client aspirations and site intricacies. We aim to craft buildings that not only meet the challenges and needs of our clients and their environments, but also ignite inspiration and joy. Each structure we create is a reflection of our clients' unique personalities and aspirations, aspiring to realise their dreams through thoughtful and innovative design.”

Our Values
Here at Studio BBA we believe that architecture is more than just buildings; it's about shaping experiences, enhancing lives, and leaving a lasting impact on communities. As we embark on this journey together, we want to take a moment to share with you the core values that guide our every decision and action:
-
No two projects are the same, and we are prepared to think outside the box, test new ideas and provide creative design solutions to address our clients needs.
-
We're passionate about good design and even more passionate about delivering exceptional solutions. Our goal is to combine great design with practical solutions, leaving our clients with spaces they truly love to inhabit, whether for living, working, or recreation.
-
Sustainability is at the forefront of our design philosophy. We consider environmental, economic, and social sustainability throughout the design process, ensuring that we leave a positive footprint behind us.
-
Collaboration is key at Studio BBA. There's nothing more rewarding than working hand in hand with our clients to create spaces they can truly call their own. Whether it's a home, a workplace, or a recreational space, we believe in involving our clients in the crafting of their environment from start to finish.

Got Questions?
Embarking on a new project can be exciting and a little confronting. We often get asked these questions right up front. We’re happy to answer any queries you may have, obligation-free, so please do contact us so we can help.
-
Yes, we can work anywhere throughout the Motu. While the majority of our projects are in the wider Manawatu area we have experience working throughout New Zealand. Using online technologies can make client meetings seem like we are in the same room.
-
No two projects are the same so our fees are custom tailored to each project depending on the nature of the work required. We work with the client to understand the brief and provide a fee that reflects that work.
-
We are a small boutique practice so when you talk to someone, you will talk directly to the designer responsible for your project. We listen to our clients and will provide a design solution which suits your needs.
-
We listen to what you want and using our knowledge and experience we provide different design solutions to address these. We can manage the entire process for you, from engaging with sub consultants, applying for consents and working with the builder on site.
