A large double height entry space flows through into an open sun filled living space, while a separate lounge provides for a cosy retreat after the stresses of the day. A fully equipped guest suite with living and wardrobe space at ground floor future proofs the house reducing the effect of future mobility concerns. Upstairs multiple bedrooms wrap around the entry with a large master suite, family bathroom and generous home office completing the interior. Externally the outdoor living space makes use of the uninterrupted outlook across the adjoining reserve. Aluminum cladding and solid plaster provide a robust low maintenance shell, with concrete block veneer providing a feature around the entry, and extending through into the main entry space. The contrast in materials and colour provided textural variation breaking up the scale of the build.
